We will be at the event’s venue at least on hour prior the the event start time, however it could be more it depends from the size of the event. We will come with a Van with anything we need to set up the pizza catering with a 2.4m x 2.4m branded marquee/gazebo, tables, pizza oven and anything else it takes to set it up. We also provide the utensils, plates, and napkins for use on the event day.

Note:

to set up a 2.4m x 2.4m branded marquee/gazebo we need at least 5.80 square meters space.

The Catering time depends from the pizza package chosen. Normally between 2 & 2.5 hours. However, we can stay longer for additional charge.

Yes. The staffing required to prepare, cook and serve your selected catering package will be discussed as part of your quotation.

If your event requires additional service staff, these may be arranged for an additional charge.

Simply send us an enquiry through our website with your event date, location, estimated number of guests and preferred catering package.

We'll check availability and provide you with a personalized quotation. Once you're happy to proceed, your booking will be secured after the required deposit has been received and we have confirmed your reservation.

Enquire early to avoid missing your preferred date — especially for weekends and wedding season.

Until your deposit is received, your requested date remains available to other customers.

If we receive another confirmed booking for the same date before your deposit is paid, we cannot guarantee that your original date will still be available.

A 30% deposit or $500 is required to secure your event date.

Your event date is not officially reserved until the deposit has been received and the booking will be confirmed.

Changes to the event date, location, guest numbers, package, menu or service requirements must be requested as early as possible, at least 15 business days before the event date.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Deposits are refundable for cancellations made at least 60 business calendar days before the booking date. However, deposits are transferable to another person.

If a cancellation is made beyond 60 business calendar days of the booking, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

If a client cancels their event within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled event date and wishes to reschedule, a $500 rescheduling fee will apply. This fee covers preparation costs, allocated staffing, and event-day resources already committed.

If the event is not rescheduled, the booking deposit and any payments made remain non-refundable

We operate rain or shine. However, we do not operate during severe weather warnings, lightnings or extreme winds. In those cases we will reschedule the event if we can not operate.

We travel everywhere in Victoria with a radius of max 200 km from Melbourne. Yes, a travel fee applies for events on top of your pizza package. All our prices are exclusive of GST.
